Costomer service is of paramount importance at Caprari. As would be expected, Caprari can provide technical support from some of the most experienced Hydraulic Engineers in the industry, providing detailed diagnosis at component level right through to complete systems. However, Caprari is not limited to this field of expertise and can offer a full and comprehensive service for all aspects of M & E maintenance repair and refurbishment.

Removal, Installation & Commissioning
Removing pumps from their operating environment for overhaul or repair, re-installing and commissioning are very often the major parts of any maintenance program. Caprari engineers are fully trained to operate in confined spaces and in accordance with the latest health and safety regulations.
Refurbishment & Maintenance
Whilst the quality of refurbishment and repair on its own products is unprecedented, Caprari’s scope for the service and repair ot mechanical and electrical plant is in no way limited to its own products. Caprari can undertake to provide short or long-term maintenance and refurbishment on submersible, conventional shaft-driven, volute, bowl, or axial flow pumps.
As part of a network specialising in the manufacture and servicing of rotating machines, switchgear, control panels, etc., the Customer Service Centre has all the necessary engineering support to provide the highest levels of quality and service for all aspects of M & E engineering.

Repair
ln the event of pump failure, equally as important as the repair, the solution to what caused the failure must be found. Again, Caprari has a wealth of experience and expertise to identify problems from the evidence presented. This, added to the capability of presenting metallurgical reports and recommendations with the aid of multi-media, has proved to be valuable in reducing the risk and cost of further failures.

Electric Motors
Caprari offers the complete motor refurbishment service including rewinds for both conventional and submersible motors. Rewinds can be made to the original manufacturers’ specification and, where possible, are undertaken in situ ot the motor / pump casing, avoiding unnecessary damage to the stator core pack.
